Abstract:
The author analyzes the experience of preparing and conducting local history tours by students of a pedagogical university and emphasizes the need to turn school guided tours into interactive technology of students’ educational and research activities, proposing to introduce a similar practice in the training of future teachers. Understanding the experience of the development and preparation of local history tours by students showed the complex nature of such work, which should be carried out in project groups. Among the proposed recommendations, the author highlighted the need to collect material from various groups of sources, to familiarize oneself with the tour objects and routes beforehand, build a logical series of the shown objects in a problem-chronological sequence. The preparation of the tour documentation presents a great challenge, so the preliminary defense of the prepared developments is recommended.

Abstract:
The paper analyzes patent solutions of the Russian Federation aimed at solving the problems of disabled people, the depth of patent search was about 50 years. In total, the patent fund of the Russian Federation has over 900 patents in this area. More than half of it is patents for inventions, other are patents for utility models, industrial designs and software developments have approximately the same frequency with each other. By the date of appearance, the overwhelming majority of patents represent inventions that appeared after the 1990s, when increased attention was paid to the problems of disabled people in Russia. Regarding object content, approximately ¾ of all patents are aimed at expanding the possibilities for the transportation of disabled people with disabilities of the musculoskeletal system. Among them, the most popular is the improvement of wheelchairs to adapt them when moving on stairs, elevators and other obstacles typical of the urban environment. On the other hand, the solutions intended for the visually impaired, hearing impaired and children with various mental disorders make up less than 1 % in total, which may indicate the prevalence of organizational measures over technical ones in solving their problems.
