DOI: 10.13187/zhmnp.2018.2.63CrossRef

Abstract:
The article covers the process of organizing the construction of a new building for the Sumy district school in 1809-1814. The author emphasized the important role of the municipal government and the individual residents of Sumy. The main sources were the documents from the State Archive of the Kharkiv region, which represent the correspondence between the Sumy City Council, the leadership of Kharkov University and the civil governor of the Sloboda-Ukrainian province (1811-1814). According to the author, the described events and ways of solving the issue of building a school building were typical of the majority of district cities of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the nineteenth century. Construction of buildings for educational institutions are often slowed down by numerous bureaucratic delays, rise in prices for construction materials. Russian Cinema: A Very Short Story

Zhurnal ministerstva narodnogo prosveshcheniya, 2018, 5(2): 82-97.
DOI: 10.13187/zhmnp.2018.2.82CrossRef

Abstract:
The article about main lines of russian feature film history: from 1898 to modern times. The history of Russian cinema goes back more than a century, it knew the stages of rise and fall, ideological repression and complete creative freedom. This controversial history was studied by both Russian and foreign scientists. Of course, Soviet and Western scientists studied Soviet cinema from different ideological positions. Soviet filmmakers were generally active in supporting socialist realism in cinema, while Western scholars, on the contrary, rejected this method and paid great attention to the Soviet film avant-garde of the 1920s. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the situation changed: russian and foreign film historians began to study cinema in a similar methodological manner, focusing on both ideological and socio-cultural aspects of the cinematographic process.

The article reveals the essence, content, manifestations of integration of children with cerebral palsy in society; presented (considered) the experience of specialized centers in the field of stimulating the integration of children with cerebral palsy in society. Technologization of the process of integration of children with cerebral palsy in society is considered as an interdisciplinary problem. The necessity, essence, content and technology of stimulating the integration of children with cerebral palsy in society are substantiated.
