Formation of Students' Readiness for Self-Design in the Learning Process as an Indicator of the Quality of Education

Abstract:
The article discusses the concept of formation of readiness for self-design of the student's personal and professional model in the learning process, the relationship of the stages of self-design with the content of the components of the student's initiative student and the process of development of readiness for quality management of education. The tasks of students' self-design are presented, which are solved by the corresponding component of the student initiative; approximate measures that increase the effectiveness of solving these tasks and non-effective scenarios that prevent the formation of readiness for self-design and quality management of their own education. The conditions for the effective implementation of the stages of self-design development through the formation of the student's experience in managing educational activities; the construction of a system of teaching students the basics of quality management of education; support from teachers and university administration. The analysis of the data of the experimental approbation of the model is given.

The Dichotomous Review of Scientific and Educational Literature in the “Culture” Category

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the end of the dichotomous study of the interdisciplinary categories “culture” and “physical culture”. At the same time, taking into account the opinions of researchers, all aspects of the multidimensional essence of the two analyzed general scientific concepts were recorded. The dichotomous review of scientific and educational literature was mainly based on an artificial, formalized language. With the help of mathematical symbolism, it was successfully applied to the analysis of complex objects, which include the categories “culture” and “physical culture”. Based on them, with the help of cumulative formal logics and a dialectical analogue, a number of parametric formulas were obtained, reflecting the points of view of all currently known researchers at the dichotomous level. This approach made it possible to synthesize, consolidate and unite their opinions in the form of a symbolic logical construct. Its use made it possible to give verbal definitions to the interdisciplinary categories “culture” and “physical culture”.

The Multidimensional Essence of Basic Category “Culture”

Abstract:
The article is addressed to the continuation of the dichotomous study of the general scientific category “culture”. At the same time, not only the basic objective, subjective aspects of the one-dimensional essence of the analyzed general scientific concept were taken into account, but also its additional dimensions of complexity. To date, the above-mentioned methodology of such innovations in the pedagogical specialty 13.00.04 already exists, is being improved just in the higher education system. When using an interdisciplinary dichotomous approach, formalization was widely used. It greatly facilitated the binary analysis of complex objects, which included the category "culture". On its basis, a number of parametric formulas reflecting both the main (subject-object and subject-subject) and additional dichotomies were obtained using aggregate formal logics. When using dialectical logic, five types of resolution of contradictions between sets of dichotomies were identified. The use of a class of formal logics and their dialectical analogue made it possible to present the multidimensional essence of the interdisciplinary category “culture” with the help of formalization tools.

Readiness for Managerial Activity as One of the Key Competencies of Mid-Level Specialists

Abstract:
The article deals with the issues of substantiating the need for the formation of readiness for management activities of middle-level specialists. Readiness for managerial activity is one of the most important competencies of specialists with secondary vocational education at the present stage of the development of socio-economic relations in society. Global changes in the structure of the economy not only in our country, but also around the world, the impact of the pandemic, have revealed an urgent need for specialists with skills of self-development, sociability, flexibility, responsibility, people management, abilities to influence people, beliefs, inspiration for activities, self-organization of their activities, time control, resource allocation in the absence of a direct supervisor. The requirements for the competencies of applicants in the labor market are changing much faster than the education and labor market regulation systems have time to adjust to them. The introduction of professional standards, the need for their use in the educational process of professional educational organizations in parallel with educational standards for specialties, reveals the problem of forming the necessary key competencies and responding quickly to the demands of society. Readiness for managerial activity becomes a competence that meets the needs of modern society.

Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Gifted Children Using the Potential of Cinematography: A Perspective-Scenario Approach

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to describe the methodology of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children using a scenario approach and the potential of film pedagogy. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: generalization of domestic and foreign studies, pedagogical analysis and selection of feature films about gifted children, designing a methodology for using a scenario approach in the psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children. According to the results of the study, the following conclusions were made: psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children should be aimed at developing their enhanced abilities, helping them solve psychological problems, problems in building relationships with peers, parents, teachers, in designing, implementing, correcting life scenarios and scenarios for the realization of giftedness. Such support should be provided by subject teachers, teachers of additional education, a class teacher, a teacher-psychologist and include work with both gifted children themselves and their parents. In the organization of such support, it is advisable to apply a scenario approach, which consists in the diagnosis and correction of life scenarios and scenarios for the realization of the giftedness of such children using the potential of cinematography.
