Pedagogical Structure of Moral Dilemmas in Teaching Humanities Subjects to High School Students

Abstract:
the point of view of the application of moral dilemmas in the pedagogical process, which made it possible to identify and group the key characteristics of moral dilemmas. The relevance of the study is due to the insufficient development of didactic methods for applying moral dilemmas in pedagogical practice. The purpose of this article is to identify and theoretically substantiate the essential features of moral dilemmas as a pedagogical phenomenon, as well as to identify and group the pedagogical structure, defining the connections between the components and functions of moral dilemmas, which will provide a basis for further development of the proposed topic. The analysis made it possible to identify the components of the essential features of moral dilemmas as a philosophical category, as well as to clarify them from the standpoint of pedagogical significance. The classification includes: a logical and meaningful basis, the implementation of one's own structure, pedagogical orientation, cognitive aspects, interactivity of the process, assessment and self-reflection. The pedagogical structure of moral dilemmas is also grouped and described, namely three constituent elements: the main idea, disposition and conflict. The most important functions of moral dilemmas in the educational process are revealed: socially identifying, value-forming, socially activating, behavioral-regulatory, prognostic-heuristic function.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of the value of professionalism as a stable basis for the professional activity of middle-level specialists. Specialists with secondary vocational education are the most in-demand human capital in the needs of the country's economy. They are faced with complex tasks that are constantly changing, as is the environment of professional activity itself. The values of professionalism serve as a stable foundation in a volatile environment, thanks to which professionals have self-confidence and the need for their skills for society. The presence of professionalism values among young middle-level specialists allows them to consciously engage in self-development, improvement in the profession, with an understanding of the importance for others of both the results of their work and their personality. The process of forming the values of professionalism is influenced by a number of conditions and factors, including a weak understanding of the value of professionalism in the youth.

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to present the results of introductory testing of legal teachers in terms of determining the level of training of future lawyers based on scenario-situational modeling of training of future lawyers in college, relying on the author's classification of functional-role situations; summarize the experimental data obtained during the experimental work. The article presents the progress and results of a survey of employers in the legal industry of the city of Sochi on the content of vocational training for graduates of the vocational education system; obtained diagnostic data of college teachers participating in experimental work are disclosed in detail. The experimental data obtained indicate the effectiveness of scenario-situational modeling of the professional training of future lawyers in the college, the semantic core of which is the developed classification of functional-role situations, which contributes to the formation of components of the readiness of students of legal specialties for professional activities. A survey of college teachers showed that the level of professional training of graduates and students is mainly average, which makes it possible to develop a strategy for modernizing the educational process, including in the classes of specialized disciplines as the basis for the formation of professional readiness of students and consider this process holistically, throughout college. In general, the teachers noted the possibility of using scenario-situational modeling and functional-role situations in the professional training of future lawyers, the desire to use them. The majority of respondents noted the relevance and significance of the study.

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to describe the specifics of designing the training of future lawyers in college based on scenario-situational modeling technology based on the classification of functional-role situations; summarize the experimental data obtained during the experimental work. The article presents the principles, stages, organizational and pedagogical conditions of scenario-situational modeling, multidimensional classification of functional-role situations, methods of organizing the training of future lawyers based on such classification, progress and results of their experimental testing. The experimental data obtained indicate the effectiveness of scenario-situational modeling of the professional training of future lawyers in the college, the semantic core of which is the developed classification of functional-role situations, which contributes to the formation of components of the readiness of students of legal specialties of vocational training for professional activities. The developed classification takes into account the triple nature of functional-role situations (professional, pedagogical, communicative). The result of the simulation is a set of scenarios: a scenario of professional training of students in the educational program, an individual scenario of student training in college using scenario-situational modeling; scenario of studying the discipline using scenario-situational modeling; scenario of training session with application of functional-role situations of different types.
